RES Home Care's goal is to help individuals access waiver services and additional resources.

Our dedicated RES Home Care service coordinators handle everything! They oversee waiver and medical services, maintain eligibility, manage medical needs and transportation, and connect clients with community resources like housing and therapies. They also assist seniors who pay privately, guiding them through the Aging At-Home program and helping them qualify for long-term care as their needs grow.

Independent living skills training is vital for those learning or relearning essential life skills. It includes assessments to create a personalized plan for independence, covering areas like budgeting, organization, cooking, self-care, and transportation.

Individuals with behavioral challenges often have difficulty responding to their environment. Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS offers a framework for assessing behavior, creating treatment plans, training families, and conducting ongoing evaluations. PBIS targets issues like mood swings, anger management, social withdrawal, impulsivity, adjustment difficulties, running away, lack of motivation, fatigue, incomplete tasks, and poor focus.

CIC offers personalized support to help participants manage emotional challenges related to community adjustment and living. The counseling focuses on coping with changes in abilities, reassessing long-term expectations, and evolving roles with loved ones, typically provided in the client's home.
