Adult Day Services & Programs

RES Day Program provides a structured setting for individuals aged 18 and over with a neurological impairment. 

Research in the field of neuroscience suggests that such an environment can have positive effects on a wide variety of emotional, physical, and cognitive aspects. The philosophy of the Social Day Program at RES is to incorporate these findings into our structure through a variety of classes and activities available to the individuals attending. Our trained instructors and Home Health Aides (HHAs) strive to provide a safe, enriching space for all participants.

RES Day Program Incorporates: 

 
  • Classes including computer skills, cooking, physical education, business development and more
  • Socialization
  • Recreation
  • Cognitive Remediation
  • Therapeutic Activities
  • Discussion Groups
  • Art Therapy
  • Social Events

In addition to working with Individuals diagnosed with:


  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Neurological Impairment
  • Alzheimer’s 
  • Dementia
  • Stroke

Social Day Program Schedule

RES Day Program runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3:30 pm.  Individuals have the option to select full or half days as well as how many days they wish to attend per week.  We also offer an after hours program, and we are open every other Saturday for fun activities!

Payment Options
RES Home Care has a variety of payment options including NYS waivers, certain insurance plans and private pay. Please contact the RES Intake Department to design an individualized plan to fit your needs and your budget.
